I don't understand why all these 5* reviews. Please write honest reviews and stop misleading other merchants. This app is doing exactly what you could by yourself and nothing miracle. You can just respond to the chargeback by yourself and that's what this ap is doing. About winning is the most important thing, so you have same chance either doing on your own or use this app. I don't see this app is better than what you can do by responding by yourself. It is useless and misleading and please help yourself by adding any evidence you have to fight your chargebacks. They are very hard to win as the banks are always on customer's side. good luck

The chargeflow team is quite professional and knows well how to face chargebacks and defend them. Customer support also is online 24/7 and responds very quickly. I enjoyed working with them a lot. Hope I have found them sooner. Highly recommended.
