Jade was excellent with helping create and deploy the app on my website. I really like the options available to customize the chat box to the company website. I also like the ability to create and customize FAQ page. The communication with the agent was fast and friendly. I would use for assistance again. Thank You.
This app does everything I need it to and more. The only reason I don't give it the 5 is because it was hard for me to learn it. Thankfully their customer support is fantastic. The customer service rep, Mirra, was definitely 5 star help! I'm still learning the app but I know I'll master it soon with their help.
Says there is a free trial. But charged me the full price for the plan. When I reached out about it they stated I had the app in the past. I don't remember EVER using this app. But if I did it is ok, I just want to be refunded because apparently I didn't like it because I don't even remember it. I couldn't have had it installed long at all.

We completely understand why this was frustrating. Your store had previously activated the app, so when it was installed again, the free trial was no longer available. As a result, the subscription charge was applied when the plan was activated, which understandably came as a surprise.
