We've been using Chatty for a little while, the interfaces look professional, and the plugin is easy to work with.
Encountered a few small issues during set-up, which were quickly solved by their live chat team, in particular Audrey and Nikita.
Would recommend Chatty for proper FAQ and contact info to your customers.
A rather intuitive and well-designed application, with responsive and friendly customer service (thanks Hana!). The chat functions are very interesting, and the FAQs are easy to build and integrate into our store. A few technical instabilities were quickly corrected by the teams, and the features planned in their roadmaps are very appealing. We'd like to see even more customization possibilities, but the result is already very cool.
Good app, glitches a bit, missing some features and customizations but support guys are active and helps to manage problems - Nikita and Charles did a great job. Until it's free, it is good, but if there will be fees in the nearest future there should be fixed many things.
Hi, I'm finding the app quite convenient to set up on my website but will know for sure once my website is live. Hana has been very helpful in solving my queries.
Needed help to solve some little issues with the app and the Customer Support team was amazing. Very quick and solved everything. More, Tiana and Maison helped us customizing some things at our page in a couple of minutes. They work very well!
Hana & William were extremely helpful in testing and resolving my issue. Both polite, professional and very knowledgeable.
Customer service has been excellent, the app so far has been supper easy to install and use. Only reason for not give a 5 star is because I have only used it for 48 hours.
Some small issues in the beginning, but the team was helpful and sorted them out quickly. I got help from Audry, Maison, Tracey and Pamela.
The support is very good. I had an issue with the chat showing up on the home page, and tech support was very quick to solve the issue. Thumbs up!!
