A few hiccups during the learning process but I will say once it gets going the chat is super helpful to our customers and helps scale back our time spent on customer service. If we do run into an error every now and then the support team, specifically Hazel, if super quick to respond and provide help on the spot.
I seriously cannot say enough good things about the Chatty app on Shopify! The customer service alone is NEXT LEVEL.

This AI assistant is great but requires a lot of training and instructions, but staff seems like they are working hard to keep improving it. Staff is also helpful if you run into any issues. Props to staff Andy for helping out.
This is the first app I looked into, and I can say it offers so many features which I was not expecting. What makes it better, and I think this is most important is the customer service. The team is available 24/7 and they go above and beyond even helping if you have difficulties in any areas. Overall the features are easy to navigate, and I like the fact you are able to style the chat the way you want. I would recommend to others, it is a 10/10 for me!!!
The Chatty AI assistant is great, and the customer service from Jade was excellent. The optimisations she helped implement have greatly improved the responses delivered to customers. Highly recommend!

It was a great experience, the help was great and friendly, and Linda was extremely helpful. This is a must if you want your customers to feel more included! Recently, I had a problem where my store wouldn't show any of the features, but the help team easily helped, and the problem was fixed. 100% satisfaction! ;)
