Genuinely a very good app for small business. I am a 1 man operation and it is very difficult to handle all the inquires and messages I get. Chatty AI bot has helped me streamline and answer quick questions very easily. Hope this helps out fellow small business owners! Their support team are also incredibly helpful and kind!

I relied upon help from Hazel today for setting up chat etc. It was refreshing to have a real live help that was patient, clearly very competent and, well, helpful. Saved me so much time and stress.

Support is always excellent, although sometimes they don't take the time to understand the problem, too quick to want to solve the issue which means it takes longer as it leads to inefficient work.
Hana and Jade were particularly helpful today, but it took a long time to get to solve what I contacted them about, but we did fix up some other issues as a consequence of them not understanding my question.
Excellent customer service. Every time we see a response from the bot that gives us the 'ick' we contact their help desk who immediately write a scenario to improve the response the bot gives next time. The team always take time to truly understand the issue with the bots response and it never happens again in the same scenario.
Definitely cuts down on the amount of queries that our customer services team receive.

We've been using the app for a little while now and it has been easy to use and the customer service is quick, very helpful, and friendly. Andy, has been especially helpful in working through a placement issue we wanted adjusted. He jumped in and helped us quickly and friendly.
So many issues with this app. I can never get into it anymore. Every time I click on it it will be a blank white screen or it will say my website is blocked??? The AI is very unhelpful, I have had customers almost cancel orders because the AI doesn't help until I stepped into the chat myself and resolved the issue and thankfully didn't lose the customers that this happened to. Doesnt seem super useful since its not working well anymore.
