I recently started using this app and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The user interface is intuitive and the features are exactly what I needed for my online store. I installed it because I liked the fact that I could choose whether or not to display the chat, and that I could also choose to display only the FAQs. The support was fast and helpful when I had problems. (Thanks Judy, Emily, and Kevin!).
I can see the progress of features under development and look forward to the future.
Although not included in the list, I would like to see a feature added that would allow us to analyze access to FAQs so we can see what our customers are having trouble with.

Simple and easy to set up, customizable and above all, quick and effective help when I needed it.
They also have a nice feature where users easily can add suggestions to the app developers and where users can thumbs up or comment on others suggestions.

This app works perfectly for my store. I like the app set up in the admin. Very responsive support. I had a small issue and Customer Service Rep Mia and Technician Nikita, fixed it promptly.
