Our team consistently has a great experience using this app. Whenever we run into an issue or have a question, the live agents are quick to respond and extremely helpful. Hana in particular is always awesome and goes above and beyond to assist us.
With so many products on our website, navigating can be confusing for customers. Every contact that comes through the Chatty app is a great opportunity to learn and tweak the info we feed it. This app changes the exact URL I paste into the AI chat responses (my “Start a Return” link gets rewritten to a different link). I need the chatbot to send customers the same link I provide, without modifications.
Support told me: “links that require authentication may not work consistently when shared in automated AI responses.” That’s not acceptable for a returns link and doesn’t solve the issue.

In some cases, links that include authentication or dynamic redirect parameters may not behave consistently when delivered through automated AI responses. That said, the goal is always to ensure your customers receive a stable and reliable entry point to complete their request without confusion.
A more consistent approach is to use a fixed return page URL as the main entry point, where customers can then proceed through the login or return process normally. This helps maintain link stability while preserving the intended return flow. Our team can also configure the chatbot response as a fixed answer and adjust the AI training content to prevent unwanted modifications.

Genuinely a very good app for small business. I am a 1 man operation and it is very difficult to handle all the inquires and messages I get. This is a very smart plugin. Although the AI assistant is not yet highly skilled in its use, it has already saved us a lot of customer service work. We hope that for issues requiring manual resolution, there will be clearer prompts or more timely notifications to the human customer service staff. Thanks to Sonny, he always responds so quickly!
Excellent app and even better support from Andy. This is a true LLM chatbot that does the work of seven apps in one. It’s highly customizable, easy to navigate, and actually works as advertised. Definitely the best AI solution on the Shopify App Store right now.
This App is a totally game changer, very helpful and easy to use, but the best part is the support team that makes this company make the difference because there are always very kind and helpul and run the extra miles, specially Hana make feel very important as a valued customer and person. It was a really great pleasure to be served by Hana from A to Z. I highly recommend her work and the company.
Support is always excellent, although sometimes they don't take the time to understand the problem, too quick to want to solve the issue which means it takes longer as it leads to inefficient work.
Hana and Jade were particularly helpful today, but it took a long time to get to solve what I contacted them about, but we did fix up some other issues as a consequence of them not understanding my question.
