App bugging. We lost 1 day of customer support. We lost many customer requests. Customer support was not hurry to fix the problem. As a small company, we cannot afford to lose customer trust.

This is Liz, Customer Success Leader at Chatty. I followed up with you personally over email as well, though I am not sure it reached you at a good time, so I wanted to reach you here too.
First, I am truly sorry for the frustration this caused. I completely understand how serious it is to lose access to your customer messages, even for a short time, and you had every right to expect better from us.
After your report, our development team investigated this thoroughly, and on our end the inbox is loading and displaying messages correctly, with no error found in the system. Because of that, we suspect something specific to your browser may be interfering with the app. Could you let us know whether you have any browser extension installed that might be blocking or modifying the app, such as an ad blocker, privacy or script blocker? That would help us pinpoint what happened on your side.
I can see you have uninstalled Chatty, and I completely understand that decision. If you are open to it, I would be grateful if you would consider reinstalling so our team can work with you directly and make sure everything runs smoothly this time. We are here and ready to support you.

I have tried a couple of AI bots, but Chatty is the best by far and it keeps improving. From day 1 the support has been great and probably one year on (maybe more) the support is still just as good. Not is it just good, but they are also proactive and will look at your set-up and suggest improvements. Linda was helping me with an issue the other day and the support provided could not have been better. It's a recommend from me.
I love chatty!!! It has saved me hours and hours of answering simple customer questions and requests! Plus saving money on hiring a person to fill this position. The help desk is amazing as well and helped me in fact today try to figure out a question. Andy did an amazing job and I will be adding chatty to my other website as well!
As a new customer, my experience with Chatty has been very positive so far. The application is easy to use, works smoothly, and has been performing quite well for our store's needs.
What has impressed me the most is the quality of customer support. Hazel and Finn (the tech guy) have been extremely helpful, responsive, and professional whenever I needed assistance. Their support made the setup process much easier and gave me confidence in using the app.
Although I'm still relatively new to the platform, my experience up to now has been excellent, and I appreciate the team's dedication to helping merchants succeed.

A few hiccups during the learning process but I will say once it gets going the chat is super helpful to our customers and helps scale back our time spent on customer service. If we do run into an error every now and then the support team, specifically Hazel, if super quick to respond and provide help on the spot.
This AI assistant is great but requires a lot of training and instructions, but staff seems like they are working hard to keep improving it. Staff is also helpful if you run into any issues. Props to staff Andy for helping out.
This is the first app I looked into, and I can say it offers so many features which I was not expecting. What makes it better, and I think this is most important is the customer service. The team is available 24/7 and they go above and beyond even helping if you have difficulties in any areas. Overall the features are easy to navigate, and I like the fact you are able to style the chat the way you want. I would recommend to others, it is a 10/10 for me!!!

The Chatty AI assistant is great, and the customer service from Jade was excellent. The optimisations she helped implement have greatly improved the responses delivered to customers. Highly recommend!
