This is a great app with great features and simple UI. Allows us to do a lot of customization and it is easy to do everything. I have checked out a lot of apps but the features of this app is very helpful and the great thing is IT'S FREE. Hope they continue the good work.
The support is really great and they reply timely, Especially Mia and Pamela have been very helpful whenever I have asked any questions.

I was facing some technical issue woth adding more than 10 FAQs, so I asked for support. Within a minute, Hana from Chatty replied and the whole issue was resolved in couple of minutes. Writing this review is taking me longer than that.
4 stars for such a great free app and 5th star for the prompt help from Hana. 10/10 Recommended.

Thanks for the good support, Charles and Toby the technical agent, they helped me a lot. Very fast and quality support.
Very good application and support. It helped me that the button did not appear when using a cell phone and was only seen on computers. Since it blocked the options at the bottom of my online store.
A few fixes where needed in my store for the chat app of avada. The response team (Hana and Toby) made the changes very quick after the request. (less then an hour). Great job!
