It's very useful tool for my online shop. I used the default inbox in the past, but I found Chatty is more helpful. The FAQs function and Email integration saved time and made us more efficient, I'm recommend it, and you can't imagine it's all free. Thanks a lot, Chatty team.

Today marks my first day using this app, and I’m already impressed! The live chat feature is fantastic for providing instant customer support, making it easier to engage visitors and encourage sales. Setting up the FAQs hub was a breeze, and it’s great for helping customers find answers on their own without waiting for a response.

The chat widget customization is straightforward, letting me match it to my brand in just a few clicks. I’ve also tried the order tracking feature, which seems really convenient for letting customers check their order status on the go.

I have to mention the outstanding customer support I’ve received so far. Hana and Damian have been incredibly helpful, guiding me through the setup process and answering all my questions promptly. Their support has made my first day using the app a great experience.

So far, I’m really pleased with the app and look forward to seeing how it continues to improve my store’s customer service!

I want to thank Sonny, who is from the support team. He did a great job.

I wanted to raise the button a bit on the phone and on the computer.
I spoke to the support team and it only took a few minutes to get everything fixed.
