No wonder why it has 5 stars, irreplaceable, awesome ecosystem, 10 out of 10 customer service, totally customizable, including css.
i had a problem with changing my logo in the app. Esther and their technician Toby helped me with everything while answering in a few minutes and fixing everything. Moreso the app on itself is great and better from all of the ether apps i tried before.
Great app. Easy to set up and the customer service is awesome and provided me assistance promptly.
Hana has been extremely helpful with instant replies & immediate resolves on my queries. The turnaround from installation & go-live was hardly 20 minutes. One of the best customer support team I have seen on Shopify!
