Hana did a wonderful job assisting me with one of the features on the AI Training. She was very friendly, quick and made the process very easy on my end. I really appreciate how helpful and kind she was to me.

Worked with Jasmine and Anivia to remove the message bubble that was displaying 2 unread messages by default. Apparently, this is used to attract attention to the customers but I believe it would cause confusion so I reached out with my request to have it removed and within seconds it was rectified. Thank you Jasmine and Anivia!

As someone who has been using Chaaty on my Shopify store for a while, I have to say it's been an absolute game - changer!
The instant chat feature is a lifesaver. It allows me to connect with my customers in real - time, answer their questions promptly, and address any concerns they might have right away. The chat window pops up at just the right times, which is super convenient for both me and my customers.
And the fact that I can customize the appearance and the trigger rules is amazing. It fits perfectly with the look and feel of my store.

Awesome addition to our store. Relatively easy to implement and so far worth it! Customer service has been very helpful and fast. Very good too as the responses are customizable in the backend, which is paramount for our store and brand. Thanks team Chatty! Great APP to lessen the personal emails and help respond to more people -- when my two hands are not sufficient enough to respond to all messages.
