Great service so far, and a very positive experience. Audrey was very helpful in my first service chat. Pleased with early results. AI only works with chat - hoping that feature can be expanded to FB and IG messenger as well as emails.
Super friendly and easy to use! Chatty makes it so convenient to manage messages across multiple channels in one place. The integrations are smooth, and the support team especially Hana is always so helpful and responsive!

We've been using this app for about 4 months now, and we just recently upgraded our plan to access some other features (more products for AI to learn from, more agents etc.) - so far it's worked pretty well for us. Their chat support is also very responsive.
2 days into trying the app and I'm happy so far. Needed an AI chatbot and this one is pretty straightforward as well as reasonably priced.
Needed to make some adjustments to its training and instructions, for which the live chat support agent was super helpful - thanks Sonny!
Overall nice app, just make sure to put in a nice and detailed instruction for the AI in order to make it work the best it can.

I signed up for Chatty sometime ago, but just decided to go in and set everything up today. Even though it was Saturday, support was amazing. Jasmine was assisting and helped me set some things up. She was quick to respond to my questions and solved all the issues I had. All-in-all, a great experience.
