They offer very good service especially their customer support team they are really friendly and efficient. I have used chatty for my website www.serrbeauty.de and i am really satisfied with all services that they are provide, highly recommended.
The Chatty support team is incredibly responsive and helpful! (shout-out Jasmine, Raymond, Abby, and Alicia for always providing thorough, helpful answers and handling our questions with care). It takes a lot of tweaking, but once you build a thorough FAQ section and question database, the AI chatbot is very knowledgeable and helpful for our customers. The more data we input, the better it gets. It's been a game changer for our customers and has helped reduce the amount of CS tickets we receive.
Hana and Raymond have been helping me throughout the integration process for my website. They are so polite and so helpful teaching me what was wrong and resolving all of my issues. I am so happy that I decided to use Chatty versus the other apps. It's convenient, affordable, and has really helpful customer support. TYSM!
I've been impressed by the robust features Chatty has across the app. I found it while searching for solutions to add a neater customer FAQ page/help center to my site and ended up being surprised by how well developed its full customer-chat widget was. The ChatGPT integration for better automated customer support is a bonus. Plus, all these features are available on the Free plan, and the paid plans seem quite reasonable should I need to scale to add more support agents. The app's support team has been very responsive with helping me, as well. Thanks for the assistance, Damian.
At first glance you may say "wow look at this cool app it has a ton of great reviews and features", but do not be fooled. The features pick and choose when they want to work and the support is mediocre at best. They pass things on to a different departments that work in time zones across the world so there is isn't any instant support.
At sign up I was told instagram support was coming in 2 weeks. 4 weeks into using the software there is no instagram support.
Emails do not always come through. They pick and choose when they want to come in.
I would not recommend this for any company with heavy traffic as it will upset your customers.
The reviews in my opinion are fake. They support agents help you setup the software and prey on simple minded users who are happy to give a review without actually using the product for sometime. After using it I would not recommend this product and do not believe it is a 5 star product. it is 2.5 at best with very limited features and a good looking ui.
