Since Shopify's own inbox function is relatively limited, I found this app. It brings me many functions. And the setting is very simple. During the use, Hana and Toby helped me solve the incompatibility problem between the app and the template. In short, if you also need online customer service, you can consider this app

it looks like a very good app .. I am still testing it, but they have a very good customer service team.. I got some help from Tiana and she was very nice and helpful ... so far, I recommend the app.
I installed it because I liked the fact that I could choose whether or not to display the chat, and that I could also choose to display only the FAQs. The support was fast and helpful when I had problems. (Thanks Judy, Emily, and Kevin!).
I can see the progress of features under development and look forward to the future.
Although not included in the list, I would like to see a feature added that would allow us to analyze access to FAQs so we can see what our customers are having trouble with.
