Supergoede app en wat een goede ondersteuning! zojuist ben ik geholpen door Sonny via de Chat. Er wordt echt tijd voor je genomen je wordt echt erg goed geholpen! Dankjewel Sonny voor jouw hulp en geduld.

A few fixes where needed in my store for the chat app of avada. The response team (Hana and Toby) made the changes very quick after the request. (less then an hour). Great job!

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with the FAQs page on the mobile not being correctly aligned in the centre. The tech people fixed it within a day.

This app made my FAQ more professional and easygoing. The customer support from the Avada team is excellent and prompt. Especially, Esther was so helpful and prompt in her support. They always get back as soon as possible. Additionally, they solved my issues from their end without asking me to do many tasks to resolve them.
Other features of this app are also helpful, such as Chat.
I would recommend other businesses to use this app!

I was facing some technical issue woth adding more than 10 FAQs, so I asked for support. Within a minute, Hana from Chatty replied and the whole issue was resolved in couple of minutes. Writing this review is taking me longer than that.

4 stars for such a great free app and 5th star for the prompt help from Hana. 10/10 Recommended.
