Hana and Tobi did a great job. I had some questions and they did instantly pick it up and solve the issue. Very quick and efficient customer support. Now I will test the app.
I have been having the best experience with the Avada WhatsApp Chat FAQ page. The reason that my experience has been great is beacuse of the assistance I have been given when I have a question. Lydia and Tony went above and beyond to assist me with adjusting some settings on the chat and that turned out perfectly! I was actually a little hesitant to try to add teh chat myself, but the customer service is exceptional. I greatly appreciated the time and effort Lydia and Tony gave.

Recently, we updated our current FAQ on our website using Avada. This app has a user-friendly interface and includes a direct customer interaction feature via live chat. It's free and easy to install, and the support team is available 24/7 for assistance with any issues or coding needs. We had some issues to fix, and all the CS (Sunny, Lydia, Tiana & William) were super helpful!
