The Chatty app and team are always on hand and always very helpful. I have recently learned about a new feature 'Proactive Cart Booster' and I look forward to setting this up to see how this performs by recovering sales. I was shown this by Hana at the Chatty team, who has been most helpful and very patient with me when explaining how to use this feature, as well as explaining the new incoming Whatsapp feature to Chatty and taking on my recommendation. I look forward to using the Whatsapp feature as the Chatty app has been so helpful with assisting with customer queries.
Chatty has recently added more customisation controls so I will be testing those.

Chatty makes it really easy to organise my FAQs and show them to customers in a clean, simple way. What I love most is that it supports all kinds of communication, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, email so no matter how customers prefer to reach out, I can offer it.
Support has also been great. Every time I’ve had an issue, the customer service team fixed it fast. That’s a big bonus.
Overall, it’s a solid app that just works, makes life easier on both sides.

As for the Chatty app, I’m genuinely impressed. It meets all my expectations and allows me to offer my customers a smooth and enjoyable user experience. I run a store in the pet niche, and it’s very important to me that we communicate with our customers in an enthusiastic and always positive tone.
