I've found this app to be super helpful and the support friendly responsive and will help you customise or fix anything very quickly. I needed a little customisation and it was done without hesitation in minutes. Alyssa has been great. The app works really well and there's lots of settings so it makes good for easy FAQ to customers and an easy method of communication. The order tracking section is also really beneficial too.
