I recently integrated Zapiet's Pickup + Delivery app into our store, and I must say, their support team has been nothing short of outstanding. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and stress-free, largely thanks to their responsive and knowledgeable support.

Whenever I had a question or ran into a minor hiccup, the Zapiet support team was there to help. Their response times were impressively quick, with most queries addressed within a matter of hours. The level of expertise displayed by their support staff was evident in their thorough explanations and step-by-step guidance.

One standout feature of Zapiet's support is their dedication to finding solutions tailored to my specific needs.

We're a 25-year-old brick and mortar pet retail business. Our entry into e-commerce has been in the works several months and just this week we launched with a big digital marketing campaign to over 80k people letting them know about our store pickup service. We were down to the wire to meet the deadline - a number of factors in play here. Our developer found an error in the method in which Zapiet was calculating taxes for our customers. He escalated the issue quickly until it somehow caught the attention of head honcho Andrew Cargill (President I think). Thanks to Andrew's responsiveness in resolving the issue we were able to keep moving on schedule and meet our launch date objectives. So far Zapiet is performing well for us and I'm confident that if we have any issues whatsoever the team there will go above and beyond to make sure we stay up and running smoothly! I think this app is really going to allow me to do all of the things I've been hoping to do (with the added Delivery by Distance app)!

It's the best app in the market for delivery solution, it's look nice, it's run very good and the support team it's amazing we use it for a cheese market, and all our costumer love that they can pick up a date and hour for delivery, and we love that we can know when they want their products :)
