I just signed up for this app and it has streamlined my website. AND their help service was responsive and immediate.
It uses default filter, can not add metafields filters. Tried to look for instructions of how to remove app but no luck
Hi! Our app does support metafields, though at the moment they must be configured on our end upon request and the app specifically mentions that. So you are more than welcome to contact us (and I just sent you an email as well).
As for the uninstall instructions that you weren't able to find – that's actually a good thing. Our app does not modify the store theme and it can be uninstalled without any extra actions.

I noticed it gave customers suggestions which is a great improvement and being its a free app,and the customer service is top notch, I give it 5 stars..
Not only is the app awesome so is the customer service. Nikita helped me set it up so it worked exactly as I wanted it to. Plus he added a full search bar (not just magnifying icon) to both the mobile and desktop versions of my site. Highly reccomend!
We wanted a search app that could work directly with our theme setup. This was the perfect app for that.
The few modifications we needed to have it completely as we wanted was quickly implemented when we asked.
The customer service here is great, and the app works perfectly.
The app seems to have what I need for my collection page. I can't get the filters to work though. When I try to filter something on my page, it shows an error: "a liquid error: product form must be given a product" What am I doing wrong or is it just not working on my 3rd party theme code?

Filters work perfectly on our store and exactly what we needed. but also i want to show this filter on home page, so is their any shortcode etc.
