Very impressed so far. Reasonably easy to set up and tweak to my satisfaction. Receipts look great and I look forward to the improved image my customers gain and increased sales and referrals. I like this app so far because it also has the customer review follow up function and customer service is also good - I would usually get the response back within 24 hours to get help. The reason I took 1 star out is because the conversio's instruction on how to add the reviews on my shopify store isn't clear enough for me and still need help. I'll have to reach out to the customer service again. Everything else is great!

Nice app replaced a lot of apps we had
I've been trying to reach their team for 2 months to help us with downloading our customers' reviews and they don't provide any answer. I wouldn't recommend it. Poor app. Really disappointing.
Great app so far. Easy implemented and fast support. Would recommend. Could use some additional features like generating coupons on pop ups though.
I used this app to help me do an abandoned cart email campaign. I really like how it does allow me to set up so that my customers would receive a discount coupon after they purchase a product. I would recommend it. It would be nice if it did my website set up automatically for their customer service could have been better.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT HAS BEEN 6 DAYS AND THEY COULNDNT FIX MY PROBLEM. AND THEY DONT REPLY FOR LAST 3 DAYS!!
