Creativehub: A Fantastic Platform for Selling Art Prints
Creativehub has been a game-changer for my art business. The platform is user-friendly, making it easy to upload and manage my work, while offering seamless integration with my website. Their print quality is outstanding, capturing every detail of my original art, and the range of options allows me to meet my collectors’ preferences. I especially appreciate the automated production process, which lets me focus on creating while they handle logistics. Plus, their responsive customer support has been excellent. I highly recommend Creativehub to any artist looking to sell prints professionally.
Brilliant service, super quality printing beyond what I could produce previously in-house. Any mistakes to orders have been resolved without any issue and done so very quickly. Customer service is paramount to my business and having the ability to speak with Creative Hub on a direct and human-to-human basis with no AI or automated nonsense puts them a step above the rest in terms of print fulfilment services.
I've been working with CretivHub and Printspace for years, and I can't recommend them highly enough. The quality of prints is outstanding and the shipping is super fast! I've never once had an issue with these. The customer service is excellent too, they are always happy to assist and advise. My customers are always thrilled with their orders, and thanks to this service, I can focus more on my artwork. Creativhub truly made a difference in my career as an independent creator. I'm super happy with everything they do!
The printing is good and fast.
But its tricky / slow to use - you'll have to do lots of work to individual products within Shopify.
And if you don't sell an image in 18 months they'll delete it without telling you. They'll also remove features without telling you. I've had my shop decimated twice by Creative Hub policies with no warnings.
I can't recommend this to anyone who has slow selling items or is reliant on the app for all your sales, the risk is too high.
one of the most saddest experiences i had with a pod companies, and thats even before making one order. just setting up the products is a NIGHTMARE, site is full with bugs, a real freaking nightmare,
its a shame because the products looks highest quality.
their support was ok, general answers and somehow helpful but not fixing any bugs,
their mockups looks like a cheap chinese store mockup - a real embarrassment to the hight quality products they produce.
but again, setting up a store with multipile products - is a real NIGHTMARE. their coders suck big time.
what a shame, just when I thought i found a place to make my shop based on, and wasted HOURS ON HOURS, DAYS AND WEEKS setting up my shop, and all went to the garbage.

Absolute legends. As a full time artist they have truly expanded my print business. Georgia and Neha are incredibly accommodating and helpful in every part of the process. The print quality is top tier and the delivery and shipping back end system is a true life saver. Couldn’t fault them. Legends
Impossible to update multiple products at once.
Impossible to import products to my shopify store without random "import errors".
Customer support is inexistant and basically consist in "there's nothing we can do, please check this page to read some generic solutions and God be on your side".
This app used to be great and have a decent UI/UX with no import problems. What happened?
Jeeezzzz.Uploading files is a joke. Out of 40 .png files approx 6 were vieweable after 3 days. Supports answer was basically dont use .png though they advertise it is a supported format.. Currently looking at 3 dozen + un-viewable/un-usable files i need to print. This is Creativehub not Shopify.

Awful app with next to no customer support.
Sneaky cost increases, and ZERO shipping cost integration within the webstore are reasons alone not to use it.
But coupled with an inability to accurately conduct an order search (I can't find several active orders because the site only shows the history for 2022 and earlier), and I've hit the absolute wall.
I've LOST money thanks to their lack of transparency - I've cancelled all orders, and will be issuing chargebacks as it's just not even close to an acceptable level of service.

We publish up to the minute pricing data on all our websites and help centres. When you set up the product in your store we display the cost right there, and when you make a sale we immediately send an email giving you the exact cost of what you will be charged for fulfilment. We do everything we can to keep our pricing fully transparent.
Our app has 100% accurate shipping cost integration. On import we create shipping profiles in your Shopify store.
