Amazing service, print quality is great, fast print and delivery, very professionally packaged, holographic certificates of authenticity, and, no small thing, the customer support is top-notch. Highly recommended!

Been using Creativehub since 2018 with no problems, always super quick to answer my customer service questions on the chatbot too. Would recommend.

This is an easy to use app for selling prints of my work online, via my website. There's a lot of useful information for setting up, for both shopify and theprintspace, and both companies have superb customer service.

theprintspace's automatic print fulfilment system has proven to be an invaluable service, that enables us to run a high volume print store efficiently, with glowing customer feedback. It simply wouldn't be possible for us to manage our print store without them.

I use this app for my annual Palm* Photo Prize Print Sale and it has been great! Its really helpful that international delivery is a flat rate ( only £6!) so it makes it affordable for clients from all over the world!

I've been using the creativehub app in my store (to sell Giclee prints) for 1.5 years now and it's been a great experience! It was really easy to set up. The only thing I need to do is to put the tracking code I receive from theprintspace (once they ship) into the order. The customer service is also brilliant. I have found the quality of the prints to be first rate. Never any complaints about this from customers. The process is usually very smooth and hassle free and smoothly integrates with my Shopify account. Nice idea. We'd dearly love it to work. But it doesn't work properly. The print quality is very good and people in shipping are great. And they always respond to queries. But the app can be very frustrating and very very very time consuming. To make it work we need three tabs open and to flick to and fro. We'd welcome any suggestions for reliable, high quality alternatives...
