What an amazing app. Had a small issue getting the options to line up on my store but I put in a request and within 24 hours the staff fixed my issues. Would HIGHLY recommend this app to anyone! Thanks again!

Good app, helpful.
Too bad that the options cannot be associated with a specific SKU. That makes it harder to manage the fulfilment process since all colors variations have the same SKU. The color info (or whatever variation you choose) just adds a column to your order info, but does not modify the SKU

At first the app was not working, but It was because of my fault. The app runs great and it is unbelievable that it is free. I recommend this app to everybody before trying any other app if you need some custom product options. And if you need any help with the app, the customer service is absolutely amazing. Iv`e had only the best experience contacting with Annette. Not only she did help me to install the app, but diagnosed more issues on my shop regarding other apps related to Infinite Options work. Best app, best people, best experience! 5 out of 5!

I have to say without this app we would not be able to use shopify as the options are so limited. Really this apps creators have given you unlimited ability as far as options go. The tagging system makes it very easy to use once you figure it all out. I couldn't have asked for a more intuitive program. Check out our site and look at some of the 6 stone mothers rings to see how it works.

• DO NOT INSTALL •

I spent 2 days writing all the complicated conditions for this app. Shouldn't have bothered. What they don't tell you before you do all this work is this;

When a user selects the amount of your product he wants, let's say 4, then he selects an option specified in this apps conditions, it automatically adds 4 of those also. So if a user buys 4 of the main product he has to buy 4 of whatever add on he selects through this app. AND THERE IS NO WAY AROUND IT!!!! So, I contacted support and wait for this....this is their response....

"I understand that this is a frustrating situation, especially after working on these options for so long, but there's not much we can do in this immediate moment or even communicate this specific issue to users. As mentioned, I'll be sure to let our team know about this and see if we can get it added for a future update."

Hang on, did I just hear that right?

So, the app is broken and they claim there is no way to tell users that it is broken before they install and spend days configuring it!

So, I told the support person I would screenshot that response and use it in this review. Here was his response;

"I don't think you can add screenshots to reviews'

So a broken app and a flippant support team. DONT INSTALL
