I've used Custom Cat for about 3 years and they have a large range of products and are a great POD supplier.

i called today wanting to purchase a sample of one of my products and I was instantly greeted by a great, friendly and genuine guy named Brett. I had so many questions on how things worked and not one time did I feel rushed or unwelcomed to ask away. He was patient, gave great direction and we shared a few laughs in between. I feel more educated on the process and happy to get to know a little better about the company that I am trusting to make my products shine. We agreed that it's a give and give business situation. If you give them (they are easy requirements) artwork, they will give you a great product in return. I highly recommend this company- Les

Overall, CustomCat has been a positive influence on my business. The app is user-friendly and their customer service is very responsive. Most importantly, the turnaround time for my orders are freaky fast.

It doesn't take long to learn how to use this great app with your Shopify store and start adding your designs to a wide range of products. There is a great choice of clothing at different price levels and other fun things like coffee mugs, hats and even baby clothing. I love the new holiday ornaments they have just launched and there are currently some great special offers they are offering leading up to the holidays.

I've been very very happy with Custom Cat. I first started using them in November and was hesitant with the subscription based platform, but I feel like 3 months is an adequate time frame to give them an honest and unbiased review.

The defect rate has been less than 1% and each time there has been a problem, there has been no run around. I tell them there was a problem, send them a pic of the problem and the only emails I get back say this, or something like it. "I am sorry about this. This isn’t anything on your end. It looks like this is a printing error.…We have issued a replacement for you and have sent it out with expedited shipping."

What more can you ask for from customer service?
Print quality has been spot on. I use them for my Direct to Garment and Dye Sub needs. I have not yet offered an embroidered product, but they will get that business when I do. I've never not been happy with Custom Cat.

Give them a try and you won't be disappointed.

CustomCat is very resourceful and easy to manage. So far I see it being the BEST print on demand thus far. Great customer service and very helpful information on learning how to work the app.

First off, I'm very biased. And here’s why, and after you read this review, and you try them you will be too. This company continually, amazes me and blows my mind. I've never worked with a Print on demand (POD) company that is so involved in their seller’s success. Perfect example is my last job, I had so many last-minute issues with the order due to my client, it was crazy. To say I was panicked, is an understatement. In the design and t-shirt business, time is gold that can melt away like ice on a hot day, if not handled quickly. But to them, no stress, calm business as usual and they got the job completed and out the door super-fast. I’m so grateful, even more so my client was so impressed with the quality and print. We will get more orders from them because they are singing our praises. THE BEST ADVERTISEMENT IS A HAPPY CLIENT. They made me a priority and they jumped through hoops to help me, and they always have. I felt like I was the only seller but that’s how everyone with CustomCat feels. If I could change anything, it would be more clothing style options for women. But it’s my understanding that is coming soon. Like seriously they are that Great! They take suggestions seriously. Its not like the other POD I’ve worked with where its them and then you. They are Truly in every sense of the word on the Same Team as you. They ALWAYS, answer my questions and address my concerns. Even if the question is DUH question, they are Never condescending or blow me off. They educate me and share knowledge that would take me years to gain. They build up, help, and educate All sellers they aren’t bias, and the Facebook group is in itself an asset. We love CustomCat (CC) so much we are dropping ever POD on or site that sells T-shirts. Why? Because we can’t rely on them, slow shipping, lack of communication the list goes on. However, CustomCat, they are the BOMB. CustomCat has hands down the best product, Bella canvas, Next level, Super soft Gildan and more, CustomCat has the Best Customer service. OH! And I almost forgot to mention they don’t care how big the order is they are on it. You can try the others but save yourself the headache and go with CustomCat.
They set the standard by example. CustomCat, not only makes you believe the impossible is possible, by making it happen. They show you how to be successful.
