Ok Custom cat is an awesome app its easy to use great print quality nice sizes of print area.
Custom cat could benefit by adding all over print sleeves labels and i am sure they
will implement all of this.

1 draw back would be if your not selling much maybe just starting out or have a month off you have this subscription fee that many others do not.

i would lose the subs raise the prices a little add a business account with discounted pricing and subs.

So the outcome would i recommend Custom Cat YES 100% but only if your selling your designs or have money to use then its an amazing app for you.

I built an entire store around this app, ordered $1,200 worth of samples in 4 different orders to outfit my test team. Prints and embroidery were so bad I didn't even give them to my test team. Shirt colors faded into ink, see shirts through print, burn marks from over pressing, placement of prints incorrect, garments with other stains/blemishes on them, embroidery looked like 5 year old kid's crayon drawing.. they were all crooked and miss-stitched. When I inquired about a refund it took 5 emails and 10 days to get a response. Final response was they would reprint but not refund and wanted a report and photo for all 40+ items they destroyed. After 4 orders of mistakes I cut my losses and donated them all to a homeless shelter. On top of all this print time alone was 2+ weeks but they claim print 1 to 6 days.

I would not suggest using this. I put up some items as a test . Had complaints from customers on missing and slow items. I contacted them about a lost item and support was very slow !

Overall, the app is so frustrating to use. I tried to install on Shopify, didn't even work so I had to use the web version. Everytime I had to place an order, I had to recreate the design and the product because you cannot even save it. Orders say 3 business days for turnaround but oftentimes it took at least 5-7 days for them to ship it. Customer service is slow as a drunk dude, took at least 2-3 days to answer a question. They took the manual orders tab away recently, and now I can't even so the previous orders I made or the tracking numbers. Do better CustomCat.

bad, bad, bad, do not reply, keep sending auto emails, do not solve problem, if you are with them check order shipping, they over charge, my client paid 4.90 shipping and on their orders is 13.91, and also they charge you in somebody else name and you do not know. like mylocker.com is confusing i am trying to solve a problem and no where to call. bad service..

I see the install but you need to activate your account by completing your settings. Try switching your browser or device if you have not already. We can be reached at support@customcat.com or by phone at 844 874 8623. Day to to day order support is ran through a ticketing system in your dashboard or by emailing orders@customcat.com. We get between 50-100 activations daily so it does work and we'll do our best to help. First step is access the app ( not website ) through your installed apps in shopify admin. Hello all, please read before order from CustomCat I order DT1100 Lightweight Full Zip Hoodie and order to my friend as a test , thanks I did it before put on my store other way will get many complaints from my customers as material very very thin you can see true, my T-shirts much stronger when this hoodie, looks like cheap cheap product, never order from them again

Hello. CustomCat offers 36 different sweatshirt & jacket styles. The DT100 Lightweight Zipper Hoodies is just that...a lightweight zipper sweatshirt. We dont make the sweatshirt, we embroider it and our merchant partners have many options to choose from. Sorry you don't like the style you ordered but I really dont think this should warrant a 1 star review of our service?

Choosing to use a new app during the busiest season of the year almost promises to be a disaster, but my POD was out of ornaments, and CustomCat had them, so I thought I'd give it a try. First two bulk orders were completed and shipped in super fast time, instilling a false sense of security. Then the problems started and haven't stopped. I'll break down all of the issues with this app to make this review as comprehensive and helpful as possible.
1) there are no status updates of your orders. If you place a manual order, just sit back and pray it gets shipped. You'll never know if it's in review, in production, etc. The only thing you'll know is that it's shipped.
2) They do not fill manual orders in the order in which they were received. If you have 20 manual orders, even if they're all for the same design, you never know which one will be filled first.
3) User friendly? Not in the least. My other POD app lets me select the product I need to order. I had to recreate the product for every order I needed. Is there another way? Maybe, but I never found it.
4) Consistency. I ordered 30 of the same design. They are in no way the same product. The hole for the ornament string is askew in a many of them, to the point of them being crooked. The design isn't centered on all of them. I spent $150 on an order that wasn't even close to being correct.
5) Response time. Took me 4 tries over 7 days to get support to answer ONE question. They still haven't responded to the above referenced issue.
6) Inability to view your orders. If you make a manual order, all that is there is the order number, and name. There are no links to click and see WHAT the order is, or confirm the order that arrived looks anything like the order you placed. Case in point today, I received an order and the hole for the ornament is in the person's head of the photo. I'm super certain that I didn't do a memorial ornament by hanging it from the deceased person's head.
7) There is no inventory tracking. The closest they come is letting you know a size is out of stock. You have no idea if they'll be able to fulfill any bulk orders of a certain product on Shopify, because there's no inventory listed. All in all, it's probably one of the worst apps out there for POD. When you receive an order that's wrong and you spent $150, you don't want to stew in anger for days on end waiting for any response. When you order 30 of the same design, you want 30 matching products. I will say the quality is very good when they're right and their shipping is very reasonable, especially for 2 day ground for bulk orders. I couldn't in good conscience recommend anyone use this app, though.

5 of 7 orders were wrong. received totally wrong products. my logo was done in completely wrong color. customers received products for a company that wasn't even mine.

I was hoping to hear back from you regarding the email I sent to you on the 4th of August. The reason why the hat printed Orange versus Red is because of the RGB values in the design file. If the RGB values are crossed between two of our color thread values, our machines can get tricked into mapping the wrong color thread.
