This is helping me a ton manage customers who want to buy stuff so my customer service team does not have to tell them when stuff is back in stock, also when I request help the developers answer me right away and fix it immediately and troubleshoot any problem i have. This is also extremely helpful when i run out of certain sizes and people get notified when they are back in stock too.

Really great app to understand which 'out of stock' products are in high demand. Based on number of customers registered, we can now easily predict the amount needed for launch. Totally worth it!!!

EDIT: no more fast replying on the tchat unfortunately.. There's a bug with SMS notifications not being sent out and I can't reach them out..
Good customer service (very fast in answering questions on the tchat), nice app that works fine, I would recommend it.
