We only had the app for a few weeks, but it has worked and produced outcomes as expected so far. Our shop introduces tiny amounts and has a high product turnover, so the simple customer feedback from Stock Alerts helps us rapidly evaluate the need for reordering particular products.

This app worked really well when we first installed it, but now it does not function as it should. Notifications are not being sent, and though we have begged for help to fix numerous times over the last 2 months, support staff are very unresponsive and unhelpful.

Needed the app for back-orders. worked well. no longer need it but would get it again if we back up again. Customer Service uninstalled the code for me.

Very happy with how simply and intuatively the app works. Have been looking for a similar solution for ages and I can say I am very happy with this one.
The app picked up my theme in no time and had a seamless onboarding experience. Cheers to the support team as they helped with the onboarding too.

So far, so good! We have only been using the app for a couple of weeks. We've had some issues with notifications not going through. Customer service has been very helpful and informative with any issues.
