Great app that has helped us keep customers updated and once notified we have always had customers returning to purchase. Any changes we need making the customer service is fantastic and they are super helpful and efficient. Highly Reccomend!
I just downloaded this app and was very excited but realized that with my shopify theme, the button wasn't showing up for items that were out of stock for specific variants. It would only show up for items completely out of stock. I contacted support for this app and they fixed it within an hour or two. I thought this would be an extra service I had to pay for since it was a theme customization but they were so helpful and did it for free. I'm so excited to launch my store with this feature already installed + working!
Super quick in response when the app was not working anymore on my updated theme. They fixed it in a few minutes :)
So far this app has been amazing! Works like it says it does, we were able to customize the look of buttons and messages to match our branding, and the customer service provided by Yash was amazing! He was quick to answer our questions and patient with all our requests to get the look just right. I highly recommend this app!
