Today I had an issue with the Custom Pricing App, in particular the Detailed Pricing page was not working for me the way that it had previously. I did an online chat with Simran and he was able to replicate my issue with the help of Guri and they fixed my problem in no time. I am now able to get on with my price changes and adding new product. Thank you so much, great work!

Stoked this app is available. 75% of our business is Wholesale and this makes online ordering MUCH MUCH easier for our clients. Also Mohammad has been a really big help when we needed customer service with the app. I would highly recommend this app if you would like to offer price breaks for returning customers, wholesale customers, family or friends that want to order directly, this is easier than a coupon code.
Super easy! It was ready to import my wholesale customers within minutes! Paid the $40 to have them install my code since I am not well versed in web jargon which was totally worth it!
Love this app! The support team has been prompt and very helpful with all the questions I've had. It delivered what it promised and we are going to extend our use past the free trial period.

If you need tiered pricing, this is probably one of the best options out there on the Shopify store.
I had issues with wholesale pricing using Bold. I used the live chat feature to get help. Luckily I was connected with Daniel P. He has been amazing. The process to fix the issue took days. We have a very complex model where we sell retail as well as to Interior Designers & Architects so we need to offer tiered pricing that varies by vendor. We also have different vendors by geographic territories depending on their existing distribution so it creates a complex set of issues that I was not sure we would be able to solve until we found the Customer Pricing - Wholesale, Member & Country Specific App by BOLD. It is intuitive, easy to setup and has allowed us a tremendous opportunity to attract stronger vendors and broaden our customer base across the United States.
