Not a perfect App but the Customer Service and Support are GREAT and make up for the issues we've had! Michael has done a great helping me understand the inner workings and how to use it above and beyond the intro videos. David was awesome in creating a unique fix for our inventory reconciliation issues and getting our shop on the right track. If you have any issues, don't worry... they'll figure it out and educate you as you go.

Customer Pricing has been a very useful app for us. It has allowed us to set prices for VIP customers as well as streamline our wholesale process. It is more or less intuitive, but we look forward to more improvements in the future. Recommended.

A little quirky, but haven't found an app that does what Bold can do better. Very appreciative for Carter's level of service and responsiveness.

Using Quantity Breaks feature on Bold Custom Pricing, works as it says, although I wish there was an option to create pricing breaks for a group and edit per product, rather than create groups for each product. Carter deserves a 5 star for his help!

Easy to use and set up once it is installed, they have great documentation. I did have to pay to have it installed but they did it within one day.

So far so good! - This App is exactly what we were looking for and enabled us to gear our shopify store up to our wholesale customers. the intergration was super quick and then Bold team have been on hand, good work :)

Really nice app. Makes my wholesale ordering process a whole lot smoother!

It would be nice to be able to add a variety of shipping prices based on customer tags as well.

Responsive customer support, does exactly what I need. I use it as a convenient way to create hidden products for wholesale customers (cartons, cases, etc.) and assign custom pricing groups to customers.

It seems like Shopify isn't setup perfectly on the back-end for hidden products, so there are a few minor issues:

1: I had them install it (an extra $40, IIRC). Usually I do it myself, but this one looked hard
2: If your website allows users to search by tag, some of the tags (particularly the HIDE tags) can show up in that list. AFAIK you can't fix this yourself, but the Bold Apps customer support can.
3: If you hide a lot of products it can create blank pages when browsing products. This is only an issue if you hide a lot of products, though. You can organize this by creating different collections, but it will always be a problem when browsing all products. Can create navigation issues for customers who are interested in your hidden products (such as wholesale customers who are buying cartons that you don't want shown to web retail customers).

Overall I like it, and it does everything I need. Not perfect, but definitely gets the job done.
