Awesome ! I would have given more than 5 stars if i can, great app that let me offer loyalty and discount for my customers via their birthday, with customer fields my customers can fill their birth date, magnificent Support ! A special cheers for "Chelsea Mealey from Helium Support"

So far so good. Doing what we need it to do. Customer service is great. I do wish there was an intermediate payment option to be able to have access to more custom fields in the form.

By far the most user friendly and design appealing app out there for custom forms. Our store specifically needed the option to APPROVE a customer registration form before allowing the account to be created and this was the only app I found that would do that. Helium's customer service is outstanding!! Super friendly and very responsive! And in addition to the exceptional customer service, their website is a wealth of knowledge with guides to help you get the most out of this app - I mean absolutely above and beyond! I am so impressed! 10/10 recommend

I have been using this app for a little over a month now and I love it! Before customers were only asked for an email when creating an account, but with this app I can add a password section.Before, when a customer signed up using their email, we would have to send them an account invite so they can create a password and we would not receive any responses half the time. The app allows for several different form fields and I would defiantly recommend giving this app a try.

The app is fantastic. Very complete and has a system to assign processes and behaviors in a very easy way, without the need for programming and complicated configurations.
In my previous review I complained that the PRO subscription only had 2 forms and it seemed to me an excessive price, but it is fair to modify my review, when the company listens to its users and makes improvements adapting to the needs of its public.
Not all companies follow this policy and I congratulate the HELIUM team for expanding the number of forms. Thank you!
