Have just started using the app, but am already impressed by the quick and helpful customer service as well as the flexibility of options available. I wish Shopify's native reports were this thorough.
First, the customer support for this app is just phenomenal. I needed a complex report with a pivot table and I sent a message using their live chat feature (built right into the app, easy) and within about 5 minutes, David had built the report for me and it was perfect. It was just such a seamless and frustration-free process! Secondly, the app is very powerful, even with the more basic plans. For the price, capabilities, and support staff, this is app is an absolute no-brainer for anyone needing reporting features that aren't built into Shopify. Great job!

I contacted Vincent at Data Export and after months of struggling to get what I wanted from Shopify reports. Data Export were able to create me a custom report to my exact requirements which will save me time and money. highly recommend

I just try the app today and must say it's an easy, simple et nice one. I own a small business and don't need a lot of info, so a one template plan would be all right. I also find the online help so nice and available, proposing to create my first template for me. Never seen a customer service like that one
Wow, have to say I am impressed with this App and the customer Service. Dominic was really helpful, I was asking him how do I create a product report and he just went and created one for me. I upgraded my shopify to have access to better reports. I can get them all right here at Data Export. This is the App to go for if you want better insight on your store
