Updating my review from 5 stars as the customer support is as good as non existent.

I sent support a request to enable variations in my listings as advised in their blog but several days have passed and zero response.

79 Euros is not a small amount and I'd expect a response within max 2 days. There are apps out there that charge far less but the support on them exists.

A shout out to Marvin for being helpful and all but the support team not responding and being non existent makes this company not pleasant to work with.

There is no way I would pay 79 Euros for non existent support, no way at all.

The feed itself is quite nice and powerful but what good is all that if support is non existent. Imagine having an issue and you get no support.

I would NOT recommend this app or company at all.

If I could leave a 10-star review I absolutely would! This app exceeded every expectation I had and then some. The support team has gone over and beyond, every time! They are quick to respond, super knowledgeable, & available! They have spent lots of time helping get my feeds set up correctly and my feeds are definitely complicated! Overall, Data Feed Watch is top-notch! Forget the other apps, you need this one!!! Seriously!

5 Stars and Marvin is a legend with his onboarding process. Great to see he is keeping fit also! Very happy with the solution and highly recommended. Easy to deal with, flexible solution and great fit for purpose.

Their app is definitely helpful in improving the effectiveness of Google ads, as it allows Google to better understand our products and presents clear tables for us to input information. Additionally, as a beginner, Marvin helped me understand the entire working principle through online meetings and provided a concrete case as a teaching example. Pawel has also set up an initial feed for Google, which is really great. I applaud their professionalism and customer service.

This app was implemented by our previous agency so I had no perspective on its value or how to do anything in it. We switched agencies and now I have to know how to work the feed. Implementation and support are phenomenal. Product works great, is super flexible. Had a wonderful experience with them and would recommend them to anyone looking to manage product feeds.
