As a small production company we have always struggled finding a system that works with us as our business grows. We have found that Dear is very user friendly and adapts easily to fit our specific brand. The support team has helped every time we need anything and they are always very quick and efficient with friendly positive attitudes.

It was almost great, then after signing up I found out there is a maximum sku capacity of 20,000 sku's and no way to delete/purge products. This means that there is basically a lifetime limit of 20k sku's. With the number of variants our products have we go through around 10,000 sku's per year and we are just a small children's boutique. Great and robust system for handing our needs. Great intergrations. Support is good. Could be a bit better at timelines for meetings in general however when i really needed some help they made it happen so cant fault them really.

This is an easy Inventory Management System to use. We utilized the Onboarding provided by DEAR and the ongoing support we receive to make sure our system is being used as much to its potential for us is amazing. Kevin especially is always on hand to assist with any questions and tweaks. Other features would be also be helpful if integrated into DEAR - like to totals at the bottom of the Purchase ...

We're paying thousands of dollars a month for broken functionality promised by the platform. Every month a critical fix for their native Hubspot integration is promised but never delivered. We strongly suggest merchants look elsewhere. Counting stock by hand would be more effective than using DEAR Inventory.

Boom. All our stock in one place. Got around the annoying limitation of syncing 2 locations from VEND to 1 Shopify store. Plus is links with Xero, handles all our manufacturing and builds. So far it looks like it's a perfect fit for what we do. Love it.
Plus the support is pretty excellent. Like, really fast!
Definitely give it a go.
