Go back to the old version where under each product i could copy a digital download link!!!! I used the url all the time to send large files!!!
We mostly have digital patterns on our Victoria Sampler cross stitch site, and have used Digital Downloads Shopify App for years. We have never had any problem. It works well all the time, for all our customers.
It does what it is meant to do and does it reliably. When I started, some of the instructions and configuration did not seem as simple as they could have been, but once I understood the methodology, it's very easy to use and has never got anything wrong – which is very important for my shop.
