They say to ignore the old reviews and things have changed but I can't see how.
I added the download pdf without a problem - did a test check out and there is no link, or any information to download the pdf. Crazy!
It just stops working and nobody at support knows why

I'm updating this app review to a 2 stars. I have been using this for over 10 years now. Lately there have been several outages that have cost me business and time.
I never see notification of updates. Everything is happening behind the scenes and downloads that I have had set up for over 10 years just stop working.
C'mon Shopify. It's all I sell. Stop terrible development practices and test whatever it is you are doing PRIOR to going live. You are affecting live stores!
NO MORE EMAILS! They are delayed or going to junk mail. The download screen needs to appear when the customer purchases the product!

This app is complete balls, customers cant even login to view their product so if the initial email is lost the product is lost. complete shite just use sky pilot if ur strapped for cash.
There's no protection on the download link, so anyone can download the files without needing to register or buy them. They can also be copied and shared in chats and on social media.
App works for downloading digital images, then it stops functioning properly. Its glitchy. Now instead of automatically allowing users to receive a link in checkout confirmation... it "hangs up" and states there is a delay. When I look in admin, there is an unfulfilled status on the purchase.
So instead of automatically fulfilling the order, it hangs up and waits for a response on the admin side.
These orders are all digital download and have NO physical products in the order, which will cuase this issue, but we do not have that case. All digital.
A second issue, if you add your digital file using the link provided when setting up the produce it will not actually add the downloadable file. You have to do this in two steps. Add your product as you normally would, then go in through the app, find the product and add the download file.

this goes out of its way to be clunky and cumbersome. if you're here looking for a solution to sell music, unfortunately this probably ain't it.

This app worked at one time. It doesn't seem to work at all now. Very embarrassing when customers do not receive downloads paid for. Fix it please!
