My only reason to rate 5 stars is because of their quick response and outstanding customer support, otherwise the app did not give me any results by running campaigns. I uninstalled the app but they charged for their Basic Subscription for which I contacted support and they issued me a refund immediately after verifying.

Installed on Jan 2, spent several hundred USDs, got practically nothing, unistalled on Jan 12, and today received bill of 27.95 USD.
I know I passed the 7 days free trial. So, that is it.

Currently owing 29 dollars for an app I didn't use. I installed it and it didn't work so I uninstalled it after 5 minutes and now it's charging me 29 dollars for nothing. This is crap. I want to be reimbursed for my money.

For all of the third-party apps that you install via Shopify, please keep in mind that the developer does not have any access to your payment method; we don't see your billing information or control when you are charged.
