Zestard ‑ Easy Donation

I am using the Easy Donation APP with five variants plus "other". When I add my donation to my checkout cart, the dollar amount is not correct. For example I donate $10, add it to my cart, and my cart says $10 was marked, but the checkout amount is $250. How do I correct this?

worse horrible app and service I ever come across on shopify. Can't use an app that does not work and does not have any customer service to help you for days. What a way to support your customers oh wait you don't.

App is not showing donations on the dashboard, and there is no support besides leaving a message. It shouldn't be hard!

All apps will have updates and issues. The important thing is you Customer Service Team is good. By good I mean respond with a solution in a timely manner. In this case Abhishek did good. Thank you and keep up the good work!

Simple and easy to use donation app that does what we need it to do. Prompt and responsive support when it stopped functioning correctly. Abhishek quickly found the problem and made the necessary changes to get it working again.

We wanted a donation widget to show on our cart page, as it was a .liquid page we couldn't add as a block within the theme we use. However support came back very quickly, took control and set up for us and we're now happy with how it looks on the page.

One thing we would prefer is if the widget wouldn't appear as a product to purchase but I have emailed their support now to hopefully sort out for us.

We are a non profit and use this app so that people purchasing merchandise from our online store have the option to give a donation with their purchase. The donation widget sits on the shopping cart page and has done well for us. Easy to set up and has not given us any issues. Support is also quick to respond. Highly recommend.
