Love the app. It does everything we need for a great price. However, you really NEED to offer an API. Every company doing delivery has to put a label on the item being delivered to ensure it goes to the right destination. If orders could be added, routes generated, and the route info pulled into the labeling app via API we could print the labels and packing slips grouped by the delivery driver. This would save us HOURS spent sorting things by route. The bigger we get, the more orders we have, and the longer it takes to do this. Sooner or later it's going to start interfering with our deadlines and we will have to find a different solution.

In general, we provide integrated packing slips, as well as data export for route and stop data, along with integrations with order printing apps to help you with streamlining this process. Beyond that, for many tasks our integrations with Shopify means you can usually use the Shopify API itself but we'll be in touch to understand your needs better to see how we can help and to make sure we incorporate your feedback to serve you better.

WOW! What an outstanding app. Easy Routes is very easy to use for both our admins as well as our drivers. Shopify's app is quite functional but lacks the flexibility we need, especially when a customer calls and asks us to deliver an order they had previously thought they would pickup. The integration with Shopify seems to be flawless so far. We've been using it for a week for all our deliveries with no issues. I've found the developer to be very responsive to my requests as well. I have no hesitation in recommending this app.
Just installed and started to use EasyRoutes. So far things are very clean, straightforward and functional. Boris was great in helping me onboard and I'm looking forward to finding my groove with this helpful tool.

Currently EasyRoutes is only listed in English at the moment (sorry if that wasn’t clear!), but supporting more languages is on our future product road map.
I do want to share a few notes that would be helpful:
- you can make all of your customer facing interactions (our notifications, packing slips and tracking pages) work in your language (you can enter in your translations in the EasyRoutes settings)
- your Shopify data will be shown in your language (for example, notes in the order or instructions provided by your customers, or your staff)
- our driver app while in English is relatively simple to use, and the directions launches into Google Maps or Waze -- which your driver can use in their native language.
I understand this may not meet your requirements at the moment but we would love to support you better at some point in our future as well.

I am so in love with this app. I just did today's delivery route in 6 MINUTES!! This was taking up an hour of our time before (using a professional delivery system but it wasn't integrated with Shopify). I have all my tags set up to catch orders and put them into runs automatically. I can add manual stops. I can adjust. I just just just love it so hard.
Plus - I just sent an email when they asked for feedback and there was an email waiting for me the next morning from an actual human that was very helpful!
My worry was the the additional costs but turns out that's just how many texts you choose to have sent out. You can control that too.

Unbelievable! I just never find such cool APP! it helps me with everything! I like it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This app has changed our business OVERNIGHT! We are a well-established company, and even still...we used to make routes MANUALLY, map them MANUALLY, and use shared notes to give our drivers lists of stops MANUALLY. UGH. This app is PERFECT and saves us many hours a week. Customers are loving the tracking feature. They know exactly when we're coming. That's huge. No more "when's my order coming phone calls". We are using the Premium version. I could list 100 awesome features on this app...but just try the free trial for yourself and you'll see. Many of the features are SUPER CUSTOMIZABLE, so you'll certainly find the perfect fit for your delivery team. We did have questions after trying the app for several days. We reached out to EasyRoutes and we were pleasantly surprised how helpful they were. This app is clearly a labour of love for them. It's awesome!
We are very impressed with this app so far - we have been using it for about a week and are thrilled with how it integrates with our shopify orders and saves us so much time creating and updating our delivery routes. Customer service has been incredibly responsive and helpful, and very open to suggestions and feedback. The customer facing side is very thorough and detailed, giving our customers the ability to track their order. Overall we are thrilled and are looking forward to this helping our busy season run smoothly!
Seems legit so far. I had been using a mobile app called "Circuit" for $20 a month. it worked great, but of course doesn't integrate with my store.
I had to make some changes to my store setting and subscriptions in order to make it what appears to be seem less.
Make sure all of your stores are set up on local delivery shopify feature if you want to use this app. if not you will have to filter through without using a "shipping address."
Customer service was within 30 minutes via email even on a Sat.
Haven't actually done the delivery yet, but so far everything looks to be in order.

While enabling Shopify's local delivery feature can streamline this process, it's not strictly necessary to use our app effectively. As long as you have a shipping address for an order, which is typically collected at checkout with any shipping method, or can be entered manually for any other kind of order, our app can handle it. We designed it to be versatile and accommodating to various operational needs.
