We love this app! It works seamlessly with our store and the customer support staff is responsive, fast and efficient. We highly recommend this fitment app for your Shopify store.

This app has never worked correctly. We have tried customer support and no one seems to know what’s wrong with it. Year make model will show 15 different vehicles and products that are not related to your search. We really wanted this to work. But they blame Shopify instead of fixing the issues.

The team at Nexus Media has really redefined what "support" means. We've run into quite a few issues with Shopify platform limitations, and even requested a customization for our specific shop. Everything was done in lightning fast time, responses were received under 24 hours even on the weekends (!), the support team accommodated their assistance to my knowledge level, so very few clarifications were needed at each step. They were kind, understanding, clear on the instructions, and always glad to help.

I have to admit, this team's support is by far the best service I've ever received (support-wise), and I am more than glad to write this review, well deserved.

While the app delivers the visual appeal and functionality we were aiming for, its handling of CSV files is a major drawback. The inability to upload new CSVs without overwriting existing data severely limits scalability. Additionally, the export function produces proprietary structured data that’s impossible to work with, making it frustrating to match or update product information efficiently. If you're looking to build and manage your own product database, this app introduces unnecessary complications and inefficiencies. Not recommended for catalog management at scale.

We use this app for non-car products, and it's flexible enough to work well. Our company makes and sells fiber arts equipment; we needed an easy way for customers to find repair parts on our website. It wasn't hard to set up EasySearch for these products and parts, though they're very complicated. Website visitors have been able to find and purchase the parts they need, with fewer mistakes and hassles for everybody.

Alyona was very helpful and quick to respond. She understood what we were trying to accomplish and gave us great feedback on how we could achieve our goal. We are new to YMM-EasySearch - but our initial testing looks like it's going to be a homrun for us.

We currently use this app as our main search method on our site. It works perfectly. They work fast and give you exactly what you want! They customized it to match our specifications adding on new collections doesn't take too long.

Great app with a prompt and helpful support team. It offers a wide range of options for connecting products with filters, which we found to be very convenient. Highly recommend!
