Well designed App! It is not easy to set up. But they have outstanding supporting team. I was on chat with them whenever I needed. They are knowledgeable and professional. 10 stars for their supporting team. It does need quite bit of work to set attributes right in Shopify.

This is a very helpful app and customer service and support is amazing. Very fast and efficient. Set up was very easy, in all took about an hour. Support did most of the work with posting and ensuring everything integrated smoothly. Can't beat that! Slight learning curve for me but only because I was anxious to get started. It was super easy to learn, navigate and overall understand. Thank you service for the prompt support so that I could be up and running right away. Your prompt attention to my questions and concerns are beyond expectation.

This is a great app to manage all sales from one place. Customer support is amazing and went above and beyond to make sure all my issues were fixed. Very happy with them and definitely recommend!

So after 2 years I quit using the app, selling things on eBay at a price from several years ago just wasn't a great experience for me or my customers.

To the credit of ced commences, they assigned an account manager and tried to resolve the issues I outline below. Unfortunately, the manager seemed most invested in fixing my review rating and less invested in fixing the underlying problems. Once it became apparent that wasn't in the cards he disappeared without resolving these issues.

The support is just bad. Why have a live chat if the answer is always "we need to escalate your issue to a developer, and will followup in a few days"?

A few problems here. 1) Products sync degrades over time, and they want me to use app credits to resync products. Would be super awesome if a 500 product limit meant 500 products and not (for example) 125 product which need to be resynced 4 times because the app for some reason decided to complicate my life.
2) because of 1, I often sell on ebay at prices from a year ago.
3) because of 1, orders fail to sync. If god forbid I dont see them, they dont get shipped in a timely manner, and I (justifiably) get poor feedback around this.
4) When such orders are escalated to the support team, sometimes the tickets are dropped on their face. I am currently checking in with a 3 week old order for the 3rd time with their support team, which is kinda infuriating. Maybe solve the underlying issue with your product?

After a few teething issues and a very helpful customer service representative I have become extremely happy with this app. Once I got my head around the 'profiles' and 'templates' the app became user friendly. It out performs the previous one I was using by leaps and bounds. Although I haven't yet delved into all the corners of this app I'm sure with the helpful customer support staff will guide me with little to no drama. Thank you support team!

I was frustrated at first because of lack of understanding and time. I didn't watch the Help Video, so is basically my fault. I tried to speak with customer and they rapidly connected me to Srajan and he within minutes help me get my 29 products to my eBay account. He was extremely helpful and fast. I thank him like 5x for his help and went on to my day.
