Sanket is the best! I had a problem with the Shopify sales connecting my updated Quickbooks. It took 3 phone calls and a few hours to resolve my issues. Sanket was so patient with me, stuck with it, and resolved all of my issues. A few times, he would consult with his colleagues, Webgility has a great team of customer service professionals. I also liked, I talked to a person, not a machine trying to answer my questions. It was a frustrating situation, which Sanket calmly fix for me.

Webgility has been a great help in automating our sales order and Quickbooks accounting processes. The integration team gave us all the time we needed and ensured our success. i have been working with Webgility for several years years and they are an integral part of our e-commerce business. There is one exceptional customer service expert I prefer who's name is Vipin (I call him the Viper) he never lets go of the problem and solves them in a time effective manner.
I am using this app to connect to my ecommerce site. Took some doing but I think tech support has figured it out. Tech support has been extremely helpful and patient.

This app allows us to quickly and efficiently post orders from our Store to Quickbooks. They also have fantastic support. Highly recommended.
