EcoCart is a fantastic app and organization. Customer service could not be any better. They listen, take action and help solve any issues that come up with rolling out, which were very few. This app aligns perfectly with our business model. The ease of use, customization, overall transparency, and of course, the customer service, can not be beat. This was one of the few options on the Shopify App Store that provided true customer-facing customization, along with a great back-end dashboard with statistics and analytics. Also, the EcoCart team responded quickly to all support emails and fully customized our shop experience within 48 hours. Can't ask for better customer support than that! We compared three or four of the competitor apps, but EcoCart regined supreme. Highly recommend!
Simple to install, nice option to have. Our products are eco-conscious so it is nice to offer customers a solution at checkout to offset shipping emissions.

Really grateful to have come across EcoCart! It's been such a wonderful addition to our checkout page and I'm so pleased to see our customers take part in it. Would love more design display options for it to be more cohesive with the website, but a great addition nonetheless.
