It appears to be a good app but I have had too may issues with them within 2 months, all seem to be lies and false hope. NO US WAREHOUSES!! The following issues have occured: lost package without letting me know until I figured out something was wrong with the tracking number, tracking numbers are almost useless, sent wrong color/size to customer after waiting 3 weeks, express shipping was posted 7-10 days, but it took 15 days for one and 16 days for another item. It is now 06/05 and my customer still hasnt received package ordered 04/25. Update: Customer finally received package from 04/25 order on 06/22. They are offering me a refund at least.

I have only used Eprolo recently and have yet to have any orders fulfilled by them. I do however plan to very soon. After importing 500 limit through Oberlo, this was the next best thing to import more items onto my store.

Eprolo has become my defacto dropshipping app to source products for my store. Presentation and layout is great, product searching is superb and options for faster shipping- Perfect!!! Prices are competitive, product photos seems better quality and importing to my store is a breeze. One negative thus far is an item was lost in delivery using E-packet. Expected it in Florida, but its somewhere in Texas at the moment. Other than this, highly recommend Eprolo.

I have found a lot of decent products with this App. It has not let me down yet and I've had it on my account for almost a year.

I am happy that I downloaded this app to my store. Products are high quality. Customer service support is great. I would recommend! They are just a few minor things that can improve but other than that I would recommend.

Top. you can even personalize your own logo. I think they should offer the option of personalized box to all account levels

Highly instructive interface, very user friendly, looking forward to shift permanently on the services. They set in up in a way that you get all the answers you need as soon as you install and start using. On top of that they seems to be winning over competition - price efficient. >Looking forward for continuity

The product quality and shipping times are much better than in other apps. 3.5-4 stars the coin system is confusing and unnecessary.
