Etsy Integration ‑ DPL

Although this app is helpful in automatically adding our Etsy orders to our shopify store, it is a little frustrating. We do not offer all variants of our products uniformly across selling platforms, because of this I have to manually sync alot of orders because I cannot link all products.

Ronex was very helpful when I inquired about this. While they couldn't solve this issue or provide a work around, they were very helpful in directing me where to turn on sync-failed emails to notify me.

I would recommend allowing products to sync regardless of the fact that variants might differ.

Excellent and fast support. I installed a trial, and while I was able to figure out 90% of it, I had a few questions. I was assisted by chat & email, which was prompt. I needed further assistance, so I scheduled a phone call (Same day!) and was able to resolve my user-error issues right away. The app is quite simple, and keeps my inventory updated between platforms.

The app is truly a "set it and forget it" system that delivers flawless, real-time inventory synchronization between Shopify and Etsy, eliminating the risk of overselling. Plus, their support is top-tier—always fast, knowledgeable, and helpful. Hem, in particular, provided prompt assistance. An absolute necessity for serious multi-channel sellers.

There are issues from time to time but they are always very attentive and patient and get to the nub of the problem and sort it. This is a great app and would highly recommend it if you are looking for a time saving reliable Etys Shopify sync app

Shreya is one of the support staff from Etsy who has been dealing with me recently. Her and Ronex are great members of the team and have been very helpful when I've had to reschedule a few times so very flexible support and understanding to my ever changing diary!

Shreya specifically helped me again recently to navigate the DPL and Etzy integration as I had some issues with my shopify and noticed I wasn't generating much sales so we analysed the SEO wording side shown on the Etsy store and other features to give me a good grounding. Overall I am now feeling more confident of my plan of action to tackle the current Etsy issues based on the feedback and support from Shreya. She went above and beyond to help me identify any potential issues with my integrations and traffic generation on Etsy. We also went through each Etsy-DPL tab so I understood the features well. App just functions nicely and with little input from my end. I have been using this for a few years and any issues I have had were resolved in minutes by a tech via chat. Hem was the latest one to help me and he was very responsive and efficient. I recommend this app because it is simple and supported so nicely.

Sometimes the app can be a bit confusing when things don’t work as expected, but the support team was very responsive and helped me resolve the issue quickly—which is what matters most. Overall, I believe this is the best Etsy integration app available on Shopify, and I would definitely recommend it.

This integration app also synchs shipping info so etsy orders can be shipped from shopify - very handy! When I was confused on how to use the app, Hem was very helpful in getting me on track and understanding how the app works.

Super happy with this app and the support provided with it. I have tried 2 other packages .... CEDCommerce was really expensive, really complicated and glitchy. Nembol was more reasonably priced but we had constant problems and glitches.
In contrast, I am super happy with DPL. Its really easy to use, the price is reasonable, the support is great and so far it's been the best app we've used for Etsy Integration. I would highly recommend.

Really helpful support, Pratik gave me a super detailed answer and they fixed it on their end when the tracking to Etsy didn't fully automate (due to an unusual naming convention on our side). Love this app and it's bringing in lots of sales already since starting it!
