Etsy Integration ‑ DPL

It takes a minute to figure out the ins and outs on the app, but it's been very useful for allowing me to keep all my orders and inventory in one place. The one thing I wish I could do is sync an order with a custom line item. Right now, I have to pretend those orders don't exist in Etsy if it's a custom listing.

The support team is very responsive and understanding any time I need assistance.

Excellent and fast support. I installed a trial, and while I was able to figure out 90% of it, I had a few questions. I was assisted by chat & email, which was prompt. I needed further assistance, so I scheduled a phone call (Same day!) and was able to resolve my user-error issues right away. The app is quite simple, and keeps my inventory updated between platforms.

The initial set up was kind of clunky as I had a large existing catalog. So getting all the parameters right to sync everything has taken time. But customer support has been helpful and things work smoothly after initial set up.

Ronex was helpful, thank you. I picked this app because of the support available, and so far have used the live chat and also had a 2 hour integration meeting which was brilliant, taught me everything i think i needed to know. Great to know they're a click away when i need them.

I got this app to keep my inventory levels aligned in Shopify and Etsy. Brilliant so far.

UPDATE: After using this app for a month, I feel like it has some quirks that need worked out. Some of my listings still aren't syncing even though they have the same SKUs. The app is cumbersome. I have to scroll back through the entire page list when dealing with a certain search criteria rather than it remembering where I was and going back to that point. For the price point, these quirks should be worked out by now, imo. Back to the drawing board.

I am new to this app, but so far it's doing everything that I need it to. I've been looking for something to help sync inventory from the Shopify end with my Etsy store. The fact that I can upload product is a huge bonus. It's super user friendly.

I also used their customer support on Day 1 to get clarification on some questions I had. They were super quick to reply and were able to take care of the one issue I was having.

So far I am thrilled to have found this integration!

Although this app is helpful in automatically adding our Etsy orders to our shopify store, it is a little frustrating. We do not offer all variants of our products uniformly across selling platforms, because of this I have to manually sync alot of orders because I cannot link all products.

Ronex was very helpful when I inquired about this. While they couldn't solve this issue or provide a work around, they were very helpful in directing me where to turn on sync-failed emails to notify me.

I would recommend allowing products to sync regardless of the fact that variants might differ.

Still in a trial, so early days. Setup seemed easy, but I did have an issue with inventory not syncing how I expected it to. Once I was able to have my intro demo call the issue was easily identified and fixed, but it would have been nice to have been able to trouble shoot that on my own via a KB or FAQ resource center. I'm hopeful this will be an easy to manage long-term inventory sync solution now that I have more information.

Etsy Integration - DPL has been overall easy to use and implement. I was able to quickly book an onboarding call with Hem T to answer my additional questions and ensure that I was using the integration/sync features correctly. I feel very optimistic about using this app to manage my Shopify and Etsy stores together.

Shreya is one of the support staff from Etsy who has been dealing with me recently. Her and Ronex are great members of the team and have been very helpful when I've had to reschedule a few times so very flexible support and understanding to my ever changing diary!

Shreya specifically helped me again recently to navigate the DPL and Etzy integration as I had some issues with my shopify and noticed I wasn't generating much sales so we analysed the SEO wording side shown on the Etsy store and other features to give me a good grounding. Overall I am now feeling more confident of my plan of action to tackle the current Etsy issues based on the feedback and support from Shreya. She went above and beyond to help me identify any potential issues with my integrations and traffic generation on Etsy. We also went through each Etsy-DPL tab so I understood the features well.
