Etsy Integration ‑ DPL

Simple to use and straight forward. Support assisted us in getting started with some minor configuration changes on my end. They were patient and wanted to make sure I was comfortable before we disconnected.

I was struggling trying to open up my store in Etsy so that is can integrate with my Shopify store. The Etsy rep Pratik helped me and was very good at handling the situation. Customer service is outstanding. I had a weird issues and they were on it immediately and resolved my problem quickly. App really helps integrate my two shops.

I had some issues with the sync of shopify/etsy products. The customer support was great and it took them a few minutes to investigate and find the problem. I didn't add all Shopify variations in Etsy (only 10 of 12 colors), this is required to sync both products. Good to know and just something to keep in mind in your workflow, but great to be supported this fast and professional.
