The support team on this app is beyond great! I was contacted immediately and they took my issue seriously. He actually fixed it within the hour, which was amazing. On top of that, we had a suggestions regarding products being listed multiple times with the same order# vs an order being listed once with multiple products. He asked for details (I gave lots of note) and then that Monday the option was available on their app. We now use this app everyday in our work flow, especially our art dept. Thanks for making a great app and thanks for being open and listening to your customers.
Perfect Export App, that fulfils all needs perfectly. Tried a lot of other apps before, but this one is by far the best. You have a lot options to choose from like full address, tags and so on. Also amazing customer service.

TAKE THIS APP! I have tried all apps for FTP order exports. However, none of them I could customize to the extent that my fulfillment center required. The owner Menelaos helped me make all the customization at the backend of the application. I had a direct line with hime and he has been super helpful over the last months. Absolutely recommend this application!

I used this app to generate csv to FTP location then integration further with ERP system. App does this job perfectly after trying other apps! Easy to use and configure. Most importantly customer service at its best!!
