Exportify: Custom Order Export

Absolutely fantastic app. I can't believe we need an app to bulk-export orders without removed items in the order being exported, but here we are. This app solved all the ridiculous issues that Shopify unbelievably has with their CSV exporting tool, and Aaron was extremely helpful and responsive all through my many questions. I recommend this app to anyone spending any more than 2 minutes a day double-checking their CSV exports for all the usual errors.

Works exactly how I need. Developers are very helpful and prompt to reply when making any changes. Thank you! :)

5 Stars. I would appreciate if you made the setup process easier so I don't need to wait hours to make slight changes to my excel format but after that is finished its all good to go and works just how i need it to work.

We tried to use this app to create an export for a third party logistics provider. While the requirement was quite specific (and presumably a little more work) the Exportify team said they could do what we needed.

That was the end of the good news. Terrible communication, no commitment to a deadline (even though we clearly communicated that (twice at their request), and despite several requests no updates at all.

In the end they missed the deadline they had requested requested (with over a month notice of when it was), never told us they were not going to deliver and have not been back in touch since.

Find a better app, these guys are not it.

The app is super easy to use and the support is second to none! We are constantly making changes to the way we export and they are always quick to help.

Nothing but great things to say about this app. We had a VA entering orders manually which worked well in the beginning, but when our store became popular we couldn't keep up. We needed a solution. I found Exportify and downloaded it and worked with Aaron who was very helpful customizing our data export to fit our needs. We completed this during the week around Christmas and he was always there and quick to respond. Great Work!

This app does all I want it to and I didn't even have to worry about setting up complicated reports as is often the case with other export apps for Shopify. The team at Exportify set it up for me in a couple of hours.

We are in the process of moving from Magento to Shopify. Before we switched platforms we needed to find a Shopify export order data plugin that we could use to import address data into Royal Mail DMO for processing shipping labels (Royal Mail is the main UK mailing service).

We tested numerous plugins, but none of them compared to Exportify. I contacted Exportify and right from the outset Aaron and his team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable (they know their stuff), to be honest nothing was too much for them to do.
I required the export CSV file to have a particular logic on certain fields and they carried out these complex tasks in a timely and professional manner.

Now, using Shopify, I am able to select any amount of orders and export them to a CSV file that I don't have to edit or touch in anyway. This file can be imported into Royal Mail DMO which in turn prints out the postage labels. The whole process can take less than a minute, saving me valuable time to run my business.

In a nutshell, Exportify is an excellent solution for our order exporting needs.
While Shopify has some great exporting functionality, it isn't very customisable and we very quickly stumbled across some restrictions for our setup. In stepped Exportify and now we have everything we need. After a few quick emails to the Exportify team we had our export up and running, displaying all our custom fields and in the order we needed them, which has saved us a lot of time having to cut and paste Shopify's export. We were even able to choose the format of the export and have the option to set up automation should we wish.
The app itself is really simple to use and latches onto the Shopify orders overview. From here you can select the orders to export and choose to download them or have them emailed to you. If you want to export a job lot of orders, you can choose to export a day, 7 days, 30 days of orders or 1500 orders in one go. It's that easy.
The best thing about Exportify though is the support. Anytime we've had a question, or on the rare occasion had some difficulty, Exportify has been on the ball and been in contact within minutes. Their service is speedy, professional and first rate.
I think the next logical step forward would be some UI enhancements so the user can choose the format output they desire and maybe select the fields they want to export. That would be amazing and further strengthen an already strong product. Thanks for all your help Exportify, we'd be stuck without you.
