Exportify: Custom Order Export

This app is really helpful, which Aaron always provide support as much as they. As long as your report aims to display by order level, they can work it out for you without problem.

Customer service is as strong as always, which they provide quick and accurate support without doubt

This is a great app. Simple yet powerful and easy to use. I love the fact it can export all the UTM details. On top of the great functionality, Aaron is very helpful and responsive. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

1st, they usually replied to my email in 1 day, but it's already 2 days since I emailed them about the bugs. 2nd, it stated they can export any status of the orders, but when I did, the file does not include the refund and partial refund orders. 3rd, We paid $20 for the app so that we can export the actual amount and currency that the customer paid. We do this Only 1 time EVERY MONTH, they charged us $20!!!!! Now the app does not work at all and I also asked for a refund, it seems they kept ignoring my email and never respond.
I wish I could give them 0 stars if possible.

Simply the best solution, full stop. The Exportify team have worked with us, in a professional, timely and comprehensive manner to deliver -exactly- our requirements to connect our store to our fulfillments partner. The solution works for us on a schedule and has functioned absolutely reliably and flawlessly. When we needed small changes to the format or rules, the team have been there with incredibly rapid and impressive support!

Absolute five star app if I have ever seen one!

I feel that exporting orders is a simple process, and some of the other order exporters I had tested over complicated the issue (for a Shopify layman). This app is simple and user friendly.

Great functionality - it appears as a button when you export orders and allows for emails or straight downloads so you can keep a history of what was exported.

Great support - Aaron is a ripper bloke, knowledgeable and professional - great response times and actual communication about what they are actually doing and planing on doing, rather than the old 'we will get get to this issue when we can' trick that most other companies go with.
They also offered custom exports at no extra cost (my store has some custom line item properties that other export apps either don't do or over complicate)

Fabulous app! We were spending so much time typing our orders into a spreadsheet. We couldn’t find an app that could do everything we wanted as far as exporting our data from the variant app we were using.
Exportify kept tweaking our spreadsheet until it was exactly what we wanted.

Needed a custom exported XLS for our shipping carrier. Exportify was able to set that up for us and is saving a TON of time and, in turn, money. The staff were responsive to questions and incredibly accommodating. Nothing like spending $20 to save 10 + hours a month. Highly recommend this app and the ablesense team. Thanks guys!

The support is great, they were very timely in adjusting the report for me and getting it to what I need. The only thing that I wish the app had was a subtotal function that takes into account multiple columns like excel. They only provide you with a "how to" subtotal one column that has repeats.
The app is nice when you dont want to export everything and delete columns but in terms of integrated and automatic reporting functions it is limited.
