We tested some other reporting apps in Shopify but this is the best we used so far. It's usability and performance is way better than the others.
Also the customer support is very helpful. They solved our problems in 95% of cases within 2 days.
I use this app to export orders to an international distributor for e-commerce sales. The people at Highview Apps were responsive to my questions and even created a feature that would enable me to do what I needed to do the way I needed to do it.
