This app I an awesome tool to get your products synced to Facebook and Instagram. It is very easy to setup and takes a lot of headaches out of your work. Currently the regular Facebook channel app only upload one picture per product from Shopify to Facebook but this app uploads all your product pictures. The customer service is also fast and phenomenal. Ther responded in a timely manner and will not stop until they resolve your concerns.

I downloaded this app hoping it would help me with fb and instagram together instead of separately. Not only is it a life changer, it's easy to use, and the support is incredible. I didn't respond to an email they sent...so they reached out to me, asking if I wanted them to help me with the set up!! they walked me thru it and I can't thank them enough for this. Customer service very helpful and thorough. Try to help me through all the issues with my facebook and instagram shopping setup. If the shop set up is much more easier process, it would be very helpful and less waste of time.

I am brand new to to online selling and marketing so I messed up the whole setup. Support contacted me first and said they noticed I had set the app up right. Minutes later, and an excellent amount of patience with me, I am up and running, but better yet, actually understand better how this will all work. I've already tried a few apps, but this has by far been the most pleasant to work with, nevermind understand.
