I decided to write a whole new review. I spent time being helped by Rishi Raj yesterday night with a whole new set up of my Facebook Page & Instagram, of course. Anyway, Since the upgrade to the new Facebook/Instagram Shop, my Facebook/Instagram Shop has never worked properly. They were not syncing with my Facebook at all and I kept seeing all my old products that I didn't even carry anymore. Long story short Rishi Raj was so patient and kind. I felt so comfortable through the whole set up walk through. My Facebook Shop is now fully working properly, along with my Instagram Shop. Everything is now fully syncing like it should have from the very get go. 5 stars for sure! I would give more if I could. Thank you so much!! Everyone needs this app., So worth all the headaches!

I used this app to connect my shopify store to Facebook and Instagram, my goal was to sell via the social media channels to increase my sales. I downloaded this app and connected with their customer support, they were extremely helpful, patient and guided me throughout the entire process. They were also extremely flexible in scheduling meetings to work on the integration and followed up on my progress. I highly recommend the app, it is easy to use, the synching feature with the Facebook page and instagram store was fast and outstanding, completely free. In a nutshell, their customer service and care is just outstanding.

Die App läuft bisher perfekt und hat mir eine ganze Menge Zeit gespart. Sie ist leicht verständlich und einfach zu handhaben. Demnächst werde ich Instagram noch installieren und ausgiebig testen. Bisher habe ich keine Probleme festgestellt. Vielen Dank für diese tolle App.
Sollte ich irgendwann etwas nicht verstehen, werde ich mich an euch wenden.

I must give Ced a 5 star rating for their customer support. They were patient in walking me through the process, and even sent me screen shots as I set-up my FB Business Manager. I haven't used the orders yet but based on my experience, these guys are serious in their trade.

Customer support is easy and quick. I contacted via Skype and they solved my problem within a few minutes.

Wow! I planned all afternoon to get FB marketplace integrated with Shopify. I had ced commerce installed and Ashish helped me till the end. With the app, it only took me 15 minutes. Now my online business will have more exposure and sales will continue to increase!
